Acquisition Criteria

Silverman Realty Group’s current portfolio includes office, retail and industrial buildings. The properties are located in the Tri-State region and range in size from 10,000 to 400,000 square feet.

Retail
We are currently purchasing strip shopping center and free standing retail net leases. We also build-to-suit free standing retail.

Office
Any size in the Mid-Westchester area – over 60,000 square feet in the Tri-State area.

Industrial
50,000 square feet or greater in the Tri-State region.

Price Range
Market driven pricing. Presently looking for under-rented property even if the return is well below our normal 10% cap rate.
