and range in size from 10,000 to 400,000 square feet.
We are currently purchasing strip shopping center and free standing
retail net leases. We also build-to-suit free standing retail.
Any size in the Mid-Westchester area – over 60,000 square feet in the
Tri-State area.
50,000 square feet or greater in the Tri-State region.
Market driven pricing. Presently looking for under-rented property even
if the return is well below our normal 10% cap rate.
